The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has launched its official WhatsApp channel to make it easier for members and pensioners to receive important updates and useful information.
EPFO announced the initiative through a post on X and invited members to join the new channel.
“EPFO now on WhatsApp too! Join EPFO's official WhatsApp Channel to get important updates and useful information.”
EPFO has also provided a direct link to its WhatsApp channel. Users accessing the link from a mobile phone are taken directly to WhatsApp, while those opening it on a PC will see a separate window.
The new channel gives EPFO members another platform to stay informed about developments related to provident fund services.
EPFO has also shared a video containing a QR code that users can scan to join the WhatsApp channel. Through the channel, members can receive important EPFO updates directly, including information related to its services and other developments relevant to members and pensioners.
