Moneyview IPO Closes With Strong Demand

The ₹1,092 crore IPO received bids for 2,289.52 crore shares, resulting in 98.46-fold overall subscription at the close of bidding.
Moneyview’s ₹1,092 crore initial public offering (IPO) closed on September 28 with the issue subscribed 98.46 times, according to data reported by Inc42 and exchange figures. Investors placed bids for 2,289.52 crore shares against 23.25 crore shares on offer.
The digital lending platform’s public issue was fully subscribed within hours of opening on September 24. The IPO had a price band of ₹32–₹34 per share and valued the company at about ₹5,985 crore at the upper end of the band.
Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) recorded the highest category-level subscription at 227.45 times, placing bids for 1,480.47 crore shares against 6.51 crore shares reserved for them.
The non-institutional investor (NII) portion was subscribed 115.41 times, with bids for 579.71 crore shares against 5.02 crore shares available. The retail portion received bids for 229.34 crore shares against 11.72 crore shares on offer, translating into 19.57 times subscription.
Moneyview’s IPO comprises a ₹750 crore fresh issue and an offer for sale of shares worth about ₹341.68 crore. The company plans to use ₹325 crore from the fresh issue to support growth in loan disbursals under default loss guarantee arrangements, while another ₹250 crore is earmarked to strengthen the capital base of its subsidiary, Whizdm Finance.
The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹3,351.2 crore and profit of ₹244.1 crore for FY2025-26. In the June 2026 quarter, revenue rose 50.2% year-on-year to ₹1,041.1 crore, while consolidated net profit increased to ₹173.8 crore.
Moneyview shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on October 1, according to the IPO timeline.
